About this role
Join our team as a Customer Success Manager to help our service providers grow their businesses on CocoCloud. You'll be the main point of contact for our premium providers.
What you'll do
- Onboard new service providers and ensure successful adoption
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify opportunities to help providers grow their business
- Collect feedback and advocate for customer needs
- Reduce churn through proactive engagement
- Create training materials and documentation
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to customer health
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or marketplace companies
- Background in pet care industry
- Experience with customer success platforms
